    We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager with experience of delivering a whole project life-cycle of at least 5m mechanical. Experience in Data Centre is NOT required for this role. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity to progress into the exciting world of Data Centre projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Mechanical Project Manager will be managing a project to refurbish a Data Centre in heart of the London while being part of the management team dealing with the client on-site.

    • The Mechanical Project Manager will be confident in working on CRAH units or CRAC units and have experience in managing major pipes in tight spaces.

Operating in sectors such as Commercial, Data Centres, Retail and Pharmaceutical Laboratories etc, there is opportunity to work on multi-million-pound projects which cover the full range of services and distribution systems required for a wide range of varied building solutions.

    THE ROLE:

    • The Estimating Director should have vast knowledge and experience not only within the day-to-day responsibilities of estimating but also have the leadership qualities to lead the biggest estimating team in London. You would be reporting into the CEO and Board Directors.
    • The Estimating Director will need to be punctual, presentable, accountable, and likeable. These qualities are a necessary part of the role within the company as you will be the face of the estimating department.
