David works with the leadership team to ensure that clients and candidates continue to receive our high level of professional service. David has launched several of our service lines and continues to undertake executive level assignments across Real Estate and the Built Environment. David began his career working for a fund manager, before moving to executive search in 1999. Prior to founding Aylin White in 2008, David was a Director in a leading global specialist financial markets executive search firm, covering structured products including real estate related credit/loans. He has completed mandates for clients in Europe, Asia and the United States.
As Operations Director, Dan is responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, focussing on resource allocation, productivity and performance. Dan also manages several of Aylin White’s key client accounts and is part of the management team working on strategy and growth plans for the business. Out of work, Dan is a keen five a-side footballer and cyclist, and his 6-year-old daughter helps to keep him on his toes.
As Senior Associate, Ben works to ensure we continue to produce top quality procedures and deliver for our clients. Ben is involved in driving new business within the UK and Europe for clients and also works closely with junior consultants to help them develop their skills. Ben takes a keen interest in sport and plays rugby for a local club, as well as occasionally playing a few games of 5-a-side football.
Ida works as a candidate manager, speaking to an abundance of industry professionals and working to place them in their dream jobs. Ida always ensures the candidate is kept at the forefront of the process, and is always working hard to build her network and increase her knowledge of the market. Outside work, Ida spends her time reading, exploring local coffee places and rewatching the office USA.
Joanna excels at building lasting relationships with her candidates, conducting regular phone and video calls to find out more about their career goals, motivations and experience. Joanna also forms strong relationships with her clients, presenting current and upcoming opportunities to suitable candidates in her network. Outside work Joanna likes horse riding and barre workouts, as well as being an avid reader who also loves watching old movies.
In her day-to-day work, Maria sources and reaches out to new and old candidates, curating new personalised searches to find the best fit for roles, alongside continuous follow ups with the candidates she has already placed. Maria has a passion for her work and is always exploring new areas in the construction industry, from M&E design roles to health and safety. Maria’s hobbies are swimming, playing board games and video games, cooking, makeup and hair-styling and travel. She also has a deep love for cats.
As a candidate manager, Sienna’s day to day work involves selecting candidates for freelance and permanent positions, profiling them and assessing their suitability for roles. Sienna maintains contact with her candidates, collecting information and providing updates both during the interview process and after they have been placed. At home, Sienna likes cooking new recipes and over-analysing films. She is also interested in fashion (she has a lifetime subscription to Vogue!) and will read absolutely anything, from classics to crime novels.
Paulina works alongside our Project Managers, making sure we fulfil our clients’ needs and that the candidates we put forward are an excellent fit with their culture and values. Outside work, Paulina enjoys practicing martial arts and dancing, and sews and designs her own clothes. Paulina also has a soft spot for sci-fi and horror TV shows and films.
