    We are working with a hugely respected Tier 1 M&E subcontractor operating across London, the UK and mainland Europe. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in London.   THE COMPANY

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • The Senior Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing the mechanical aspects of a construction project, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • The Senior Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of mechanical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, and ensuring they are properly trained and organised.
    • The Senior Mechanical Project Manager will create and manage the project budget and make sure the mechanical work stays within budgetary constraints.
    • The Senior Mechanical Project Manager will work alongside other professionals to make sure the quality, compliance, procurement, schedule management, commercial and commissioning aspects are delivered as planned.
      SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
    • Previous experience as Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Lead.
    • Experience of working for an M&E subcontractor.
    • Experience of leading the whole lifecycle of commercial projects (M&E value at least £5M), data centres or life science facilities.
    • Have UK right to work.
