A top tier global contractor planned a new division to bring disparate projects under a single leader and to bring focus to a niche. For this purpose, they approached us to help secure a Divisional Director, to take on the leadership of the project.
We discussed the needs of the company and the specific project in detail with the client, in order to understand the ideal candidate specification. With this in hand, we mapped the relevant targets, made approaches and presented a strong shortlist, from which the client selected three senior professionals for interview.
The favoured candidate had convinced senior management thanks to his enthusiasm for the role and business plan for the new division.
