The Role:

• Lead the mechanical engineering team, ensuring projects run efficiently and meet all targets.
• Report directly to the Project Director, providing clear and consistent updates.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with wider engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to handover, maintaining the highest standards.

What You Need:

• Strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience delivering M&E projects valued between £15 million and £20 million.
• Proven ability to take projects from tender to final handover.
• Experience managing diverse teams and working collaboratively across disciplines.
