CONTRACT ROLE – OUTSIDE IR35!

This Mechanical and Electrical consultancy is looking for a Senior Commissioning Manager to join them on a contract basis to work on commercial projects around the London area.

– A well-established M&E Consultancy that has been going for 25 years in the London area

– London and Manchester offices

– a well reputed firm with a low turnover rate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE COMMISSIONING MANAGER:

• The Commissioning Manager will work closely as part of the main contractor’s team in developing commissioning strategies, processes and scope of works.
• The Commissioning manager will carry out measurements, surveys and other technical inspections
• Manage and validate the commissioning process
• Inspecting existing systems and evaluate performance.
• Communicate with clients

COMMISSIONING MANAGER SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

• Ideally degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• Experience working on high value commercial projects
• Confidence and comfort in communicating directly with clients and managing client meetings
• Several years of experience as a Commissioning Manager/ managing the Commissioning process
