We are working with a hugely respected M&E subcontractor operating across London and the UK. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing the mechanical and electrical aspects of a construction project, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, and ensuring they are properly trained and organised.
  • The Project Manager will create and manage the project budget and make sure the M&E work stays within budgetary constraints.
  • The Project Manager will work alongside other professionals to make sure the quality, compliance, procurement, schedule management, commercial and commissioning aspects are delivered as planned.

 

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

  • Previous experience as M&E Project Manager.
  • Have a mechanical qualification or relevant work experience.
  • Good knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
  • Experience of working for an M&E subcontractor.
  • Experience of leading the whole lifecycle of residential or mixed-use projects.
  • Have UK right to work.
