We are representing a specialist M&E Subcontractor who specialise in commercial and residential shell and core projects. They are currently looking for an Operations Director to join their team and be a part of their growth and expansion plans.

Role Responsibilities

• The Operations Director will be responsible for a group of projects which cover a large part of the company’s turnover.
• Will be able to manage and motivate fellow employees to engage and increase the efficiency of the workforce.
• Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Coordinate and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
• The Operations Director will continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness and as such implement best practices to enhance overall operational performance.
• Will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Role Requirements

• The Operations Director will have M&E experience from a shell and core perspective.
• Will ideally have worked on large-scale projects.
• The Operations Director will possess effective communication and organisational skills.
