This multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking for an MEP Resident Engineer to join them on a Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. The consultancy is acting as the client representative on site.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RESIDENT ENGINEER 

– The MEP Resident Engineer will address technical queries relating to installation of MEP services

– The MEP Resident Engineer will be responsible for keeping an open line of communication between the contractors and the client, and assisting in managing this relationship.

–  The MEP Resident Engineer will act as a presence for the company (who are acting as the client representative) onsite.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND OF THE MEP RESIDENT ENGINEER

• The MEP Resident Engineer will have demonstrated experience of working as a Resident Engineer on international hyperscale data centre projects
• The MEP Resident Engineer will have worked on projects that have had multiple stakeholder design teams and must be comfortable in dealing with them.
