SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

• As a Mechanical Construction Manager, you will have a mechanical trade and have helped deliver major mechanical schemes.
• You will have experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on Data Centre projects or other Mission Critical and highly engineered projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and is comfortable dealing with multidisciplinary teams
• Technical understanding of mechanical systems

As an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager, you will have experience:

• Managing the mechanical trades
• Carry out site inductions
• Toolbox talks
• Inspections, surveying
• Testing and commissioning
• Taking responsibility for Health and Safety on site
• Ensure that employees have the relevant training and expertise to carry out their work safely and professionally.
• Manage the labour resources on site to ensure efficient working
• Maintain discipline on site, report any incidents and take action as appropriate
• Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on site personnel on a busy construction site

They will consider people on a 17/4 rotation basis, covering accommodation and transport.
