We are working with a Tier 1 M&E subcontractor operating across the UK. They are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their Data Centre team in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing the electrical aspects of a construction project, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, and ensuring they are properly trained and organised.
• The Electrical Project Manager will create and manage the project budget and make sure the electrical work stays within budgetary constraints.
• The Electrical Project Manager will work alongside other professionals to make sure the quality, compliance, procurement, schedule management, commercial and commissioning aspects are delivered as planned.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

• Previous experience as Electrical Project Manager.
• Have an electrical qualification or relevant work experience.
• Experience of working for an M&E subcontractor.
• Experience of leading the whole lifecycle of projects.
• Have UK right to work.
• Experience leading or supporting the construction of data centres or other mission critical projects.
