Aylin White are working with a design and build commercial fit out company. We are seeking to employ a Junior Technical Services Manager / M&E Project Manager.

THE COMPANY:

Our client believes in putting people first to fulfil the needs of every transformation creating space. Project values are from 50K to 3m and you will work 2 to 3 projects at any given time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

• Management qualification (from ONC) or trades qualification (C&G or NVQ) in either mechanical or electrical and willingness to learn and grow
• As a Junior Technical Services Manager you will be working closely with the Senior Technical Services Manager
• You will be commercially aware and have experience running a programme
• Review tenders
• The Junior Technical Services Manager will be client facing
• You will be responsible for the procurement of subcontractors
• The Junior Technical Services Manager will be overseeing the direction of a project, ensuring that teams complete it according to the client’s requirements
• Managing an outside design consultancy
• As a Junior Technical Services Manager you will be responsible for checking the site diagrams, drawings and reports
