Mechanical Project Manager
We are working with a Tier 1 M&E subcontractor operating across London. They are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing the mechanical aspects of a construction project, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of mechanical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, and ensuring they are properly trained and organised.
- The Mechanical Project Manager will create and manage the project budget and make sure the mechanical work stays within budgetary constraints.
- The Mechanical Project Manager will work alongside other professionals to make sure the quality, compliance, procurement, schedule management, commercial and commissioning aspects are delivered as planned.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
- Previous experience as Mechanical Project Manager.
- Have a mechanical qualification or relevant work experience.
- Experience of working for an M&E subcontractor.
- Experience of leading the whole lifecycle of residential or mixed-use projects.
- Have UK right to work.
