We are working with a £150m turnover M&E contractor who have been in the UK 20 years, but who are making big waves in the European data centre space and are looking to grow their commercial team.

• They work under Tier 1 main contractors / general contractors and are looking for surveyors from any sector background to join the team.
• You will be working from one of their hubs (West London, Ireland, Amsterdam or Germany) with one day per week travel to sites in Europe.
• The projects will all be new build and refurbishment of data centres, from small halls to hyperscale campus. They deliver all M&E, excluding specialist services generally.
• Contracts are often bespoke or FIDIC, meaning most people will need to learn them so there is no real requirement for anything other than a strong commercial head.
• Salary is up to £80,000 for someone with 6-8 years experience plus package, but they are open to negotiations for more senior professionals.
