Group Administrator
London – 4 days a week
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Package
The Company:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Group Administrator/Document Controller to join a well-known and respected market-leading M&E Contractor with a turnover equating to £300M. They have projects in the Commercial, High-End Residential, Data Centre, Retail and Life Sciences sectors. They are currently looking for a Group Administrator who can help organise and add to the administrative processes currently in place.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Group Administrator will oversee various tasks such as:
- Organise project meetings.
- Typing up, creating and organising documents.
- Creating templates for the company to make sure all files are saved and formatted to high standards.
- Responding to business enquiries from clients and internal members
- Drawing up contracts and following through on ongoing contract agreements etc.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
- Set up new construction projects on the company database and regularly monitoring to maintain orderliness.
- Attend Project Review Meetings, taking notes, writing up and distributing.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Undertake general administration including scanning, filing, and preparing letters, emails and other correspondence.
- Happy to commute to London 4 days a week.
Skills and Background:
- Have worked for an M&E Contractor or Consultancy.
- Has more than 2/3 + years of experience as a Group Administrator.
- Skilled in Microsoft packages such as Excel etc.
