We are representing an international subcontractor, specialising in Data Centres (no experience required) who are currently looking for a client-side Mechanical Engineer to join their team. The Mechanical Engineer will be based out of the London office, but will be travelling to their European offices on a weekly basis.

The Role Responsibilities

• The Mechanical Engineer will oversee the success of various project criteria such as time, cost and efficiency. Advising the client on aspects such as finances and operations to ensure said success.
• Will produce formal project plans as well as progress reports. Utilising these to improve overall performance in line with company, client and team KPIs.
• Ensure the maintenance and management of health and safety procedures.
• The Mechanical Engineer will effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• This includes but is not limited to, regularly communicating with clients throughout the project life cycle.
• Will be an integral part of an international team, adeptly supporting the complete life cycle of projects and providing guidance to senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
