    • Experience of winning Major projects off the largest clients in the market which include major mixed-use developments in London, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Responsible for producing technical drawings, engineering designs, calculations and specifications with the use of softwares and in accordance with agreed deadlines and budgets.
    • Able to prepare technical reports in accordance with briefs from clients.
    • Comply with project management, operational, environmental and health and safety procedures.
    • Attend and participate internal and external meetings.
    • Maintain awareness of the performance of projects against agreed project plans and budgets at level appropriate to role.
    • Proactively manage own professional development (eg: actively pursuing Chartership with an appropriate professional institution).
    SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
    • The mechanical design engineer will have a degree in mechanical engineering or building services.
    • Working knowledge of UK standards and experience in an engineering consultancy.
    • Demonstrable technical understanding of mechanical engineering and proven ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.

    Salary £90,000 - £120,000 plus travel allowance A great opportunity to work for a main contractor turning over €1bn, which is expanding its Data Centre team in Europe. We are looking for a Build Planner with experience in M&E sequence planning. THE COMPANY A leading construction company that delivers logistics, data centres, and residential projects in the UK, Ireland, and Germany. A company that is well-known for its high quality, agility, and efficiency to deliver tailored solutions to its clients. They work in partnership with reliable and competent tier 1 sub-contractors to satisfy the high standards expected by their clients. THE ROLE
    • This is a permanent role in their newest Data Centre division.
    • The Build Planner will be based in Slough but will be visiting sites across the UK, Ireland, and Germany (approx. 2/3 times a month).
    • The selected candidate will be challenging the sub-contractor’s planner and making sure the best plan will take place.
    • The Build Planner will be eager to contribute to the project, create outcomes, and liaise with the people who will execute the tasks.
    SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
    • The Build Planner will have a clear understanding of what must be executed.
    • You as a Build Planner will be technically competent in Primavera software (ideally) or Asta Powerproject software.
    • A hardworking professional who is not only technology-savvy but also enjoys working alongside others to execute plans and achieve the expected outcomes.
