      • Bachelor’s degree (BEng) or higher (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
      •  Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in various large-scale or complex projects and mentoring junior team members
      • Excellent communication skills
    • Desirable, but not essential
      • The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will have, or be working towards, Chartership (through CIBSE or the IMechE), though not essential
