David works with the leadership team to ensure that clients and candidates continue to receive our high level of professional service. David has launched several of our service lines and continues to undertake executive level assignments across Real Estate and the Built Environment. David began his career working for a fund manager, before moving to executive search in 1999. Prior to founding Aylin White in 2008, David was a Director in a leading global specialist financial markets executive search firm, covering structured products including real estate related credit/loans. He has completed mandates for clients in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Simon has led the development of Aylin White’s leading Construction and Building Services franchise. He has been placing executives into bluechip corporates for over 19 years. During his career he has held management positions with leading executive recruitment firms and secured senior people for clients across the Built Environment, including contractors, sub-contractors, developers and professional services companies. Simon has long-standing client relationships and has completed mandates in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
