After discussing the role with each candidate and confirming their interest in it, we met with the client to present the candidates to them, all of whom met their approval. Following interviews with the candidates, we presented the offer to the client’s first choice and secured the service for them.
Having now been on site for two months the project is running very smoothly with our client very happy with our Engineer.
The project is scheduled to run for another two years and our client has come to us with a similar role on another one of their sites.
